Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to partner with physicians and hospital teams in the assigned territory, delivering clinical and technical support for urology procedures and training. You will help drive product adoption while building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with regional teams.

The role requires travel within the territory, regular engagements with clinical staff, and a commitment to compliant, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or another health-related field.
• General knowledge of health care, hospital operations and surgical procedures.
• English proficiency to at least B2 level.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, including overnights.
• Strong technical aptitude to explain complex clinical information.
• Ability to collaborate across teams while handling multiple priorities.
• Commitment to ethics, integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital staff during urology procedures.
• Deliver product education and procedural training to clinicians to drive adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by understanding clinical needs.
• Support account strategies with the Regional Sales team and Clinical Leadership.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization and drive territory growth.
• Document activities accurately and ensure compliance with policies.
