Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Support Specialist in Electrophysiology and Electroanatomical Mapping.
• Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac imaging, electrophysiology technology, industry developments, and market landscape.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, both domestically and internationally, to support customers, conferences, and training events.
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized clinical product support, technical assistance, and training to physicians and EP lab staff on BW catheter systems and equipment during procedures within an assigned territory.
• Train customers on BW products to optimize utilization through technical and clinical education and in-service training.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and increase customer value.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within accounts.
• Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate with Sales Representatives, Field Service Engineers, and partners.
