Roca Alliances in Medellin, Colombia is seeking a Frontend Developer to transform UX designs into responsive, accessible interfaces. You will work with Senior Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and Backend Developers to build UI features using React and TypeScript.

This role offers hands-on experience with modern frontend architecture, API integration, testing, performance optimization, accessibility, and cloud-based environments while growing your React skills.

Formación

• Understand user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, Backend, and Frontend teams.
• Follow established coding standards, design patterns, and development practices.
• Investigate issues, debug frontend problems, and contribute to solutions.
• Commit to writing clean, readable, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and practices.
• Comfortable participating in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and collaborative development.
• Organize assigned work and deliver tasks within sprint timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development of front-end features for the portal, aligned with UX/UI designs and established design standards.
• Translate user stories and technical specs into functional UI features.
• Build UI components and features under guidance of senior frontend developers.
• Follow front-end standards, design patterns and practices.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, Backend Developers and other team members.
• Deliver work within sprint timelines and participate in team ceremonies.
