AgileEngine is seeking a UX/UI Designer to support end-to-end interface design for a content platforms team. You will lead technical design efforts for rebranding initiatives, partner with web teams on content management system solutions, and incorporate user research throughout the design process.

This role works closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring scalable, data-informed designs to life.

Formación

• Degree in HCI, Information Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong interaction design capabilities.
• Proven CMS or web infrastructure experience.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Know-how of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication across teams.
• Familiarity with web development practices.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Cursor, or similar tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating modern UIs and end-to-end product solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for content platforms.
