Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Client Success & Campaign Manager to drive influencer campaigns for global brand partners. This high-volume project management role covers onboarding, planning, execution, and reporting with a strong emphasis on client success.

You will manage 25–45 concurrent campaigns with creators across time zones, coordinating with sales, talent managers, and internal teams to deliver results and ROI while maintaining superior service.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, or related roles.
• Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1/C2).
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Ability to manage high-volume campaigns across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of client relationships from campaign close by Sales.
• Lead post-sale campaign lifecycle including onboarding, planning, execution, reporting.
• Coordinate campaigns across multiple international time zones and creators.
• Deliver timely, accurate campaign updates and performance summaries.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client service.
• Develop campaign plans with KPIs and deliverables.
