Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead high-volume influencer marketing campaigns for global brand partners. This role is primarily a project-management and client-success position, not sales, and requires ownership from onboarding to final reporting.

The ideal candidate will manage a large portfolio across multiple creators and time zones, delivering exceptional client experience through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong Project Management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2).
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–45 concurrent campaigns while coordinating multiple creators and campaign activations.
• Coordinate campaign execution across multiple international time zones.
• Develop campaign plans aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.
• Translate client expectations into actionable campaign plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
