Lore is seeking a Compliance & Security Operations Lead to design and run the trust infrastructure that enables scalable, responsible growth. The role focuses on actionable controls, evidence management, and audit coordination to support fast-moving squads.

You will establish risk baselines, manage audit readiness, and translate security controls into clear internal and customer-facing narratives across cloud, code, and collaboration tools.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in compliance operations, security operations, or related functions.
• Ability to operate autonomously, set clear priorities, and drive work forward.
• Experience representing a company’s security/compliance posture to customers.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of how security controls map to cloud, code repo, identity, and evidence workflows.
• Executive presence and ability to build confidence in security posture while staying transparent.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a clear risk and controls baseline across systems, workflows, and compliance obligations.
• Build and maintain audit-ready evidence structures, including ownership models and documentation standards.
• Manage the Trust Center workflow and Vanta cadence, including control monitoring and evidence collection.
• Develop a remediation plan balancing risk reduction, customer trust, and business momentum.
• Create simple compliance signals to show control status and required actions.
• Build a scalable compliance and trust operating model with clear accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional audit activities from prep to follow-up.
• Apply knowledge of HITRUST, SOC 2, ISO, and related frameworks to support operations.
