The Total Rewards Analyst supports the execution and administration of regional benefits, compensation, and rewards programs. This role ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and works closely with its regional Rewards Director to align with the organization’s global total rewards strategy. The Rewards Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s competitive and comprehensive total rewards programs.
Responsibilities
- Execute the administration of benefits programs within the region, such as health and life insurance, retirement plans (if applicable), and wellness initiatives, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
- Assist in conducting market research and salary surveys to gather competitive compensation data, supporting the development of region-specific pay practices and ensuring compensation competitiveness.
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data to review source documents for accuracy and completion of data input.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on total rewards metrics to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Coordinate and conduct the new employee onboarding process and present benefit offerings to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions.
- Manage and resolve any escalated rewards-specific employee inquiries.
- Monitor regional compliance requirements and provide administrative support to maintain alignment with local regulations.
- Support the implementation of rewards initiatives, assisting in the communication and rollout of any changes to compensation and benefits programs, and tracking the success of those programs over time.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar analyst role for Compensation & Benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese desirable).
- Strong knowledge of LATAM employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in a fast-paced, global organization preferred.
- High level of accuracy when entering and reviewing data to ensure integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze compensation data, interpret market trends, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Solid understanding of regional labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits-related compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in daily operations.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality service, resolving employee issues promptly, and maintaining a positive experience for all stakeholders.
