Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer to lead automation and functional testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT, and Power Platform. You will design and maintain automated test frameworks, execute E2E and regression tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Experience with E2E, integration, functional, and regression testing.

The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases through robust test automation, manual testing, defect management, and collaboration within Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Functional Testing

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Test Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT solutions, Power Platform, and web applications.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Apply QA methodologies, testing best practices, and test lifecycle management.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Perform regression testing following bug fixes and deployments.

Dynamics 365 CRM & SMT Testing

• Test CRM and SMT customizations, configurations, and enhancements.
• Validate business processes, data integrity, and system integrations.
