Endava in Bogotá is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Developer to lead design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide the engineering team through integrations with ERP, intranet, and other enterprise systems.

You’ll collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders, uphold development standards, and mentor junior team members in an Agile, sprint-based environment.

Formación

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Strong experience designing and delivering integrations using Microsoft Azure.
• Experience designing solutions and translating complex or ambiguous requirements into practical technical approaches.
• Experience providing technical leadership while remaining actively involved in hands‑on delivery.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management, security, and deployment practices.
• Experience working in Agile, sprint‑based delivery environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.

Job Description

Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that enable business efficiency, connectivity, and innovation. The team works across areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), IT Management Systems, E-Commerce, Intranet, and InsurTech.

As a Senior MS Dynamics Developer, you will take a hands‑on technical leadership role in the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions and integrate Dynamics 365 with clients’ existing systems, including ERP, intranet, and other enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

Facilitate requirements refinement and translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions and actionable stories.

Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.

Design and develop custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.

Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and other enterprise or legacy systems.

Qualifications

Required experience

Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.

Experience designing and developing PCF controls.

Strong experience designing and delivering integrations using Microsoft Azure.

Experience designing solutions and translating complex or ambiguous requirements into practical technical approaches.

Experience providing technical leadership while remaining actively involved in hands‑on delivery.

Strong understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management, security, and deployment practices.

Experience working in Agile, sprint‑based delivery environments.

Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to have

Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing.

Experience delivering technology solutions within the insurance industry.
