Endava is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Developer to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will work with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions and integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP and other enterprise platforms.

You will stay hands-on with development using React/TypeScript, oversee PCF controls, and drive best practices in security, performance, and delivery across agile teams.

Formación

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience delivering integrations using Microsoft Azure.
• Experience translating complex or ambiguous requirements into practical technical approaches.
• Experience providing technical leadership while remaining hands‑on in delivery.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, ALM, security and deployment practices.
• Experience working in Agile, sprint-based delivery environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.

• Review solution designs and code, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.
• Support the onboarding and technical ramp‑up of team members.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams

As a Senior MS Dynamics Developer, you will take a hands‑on technical leadership role in the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions and integrate Dynamics 365 with clients’ existing systems, including ERP, intranet, and other enterprise platforms.

• Strong understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management, security, and deployment practices.

• Experience working in Agile, sprint‑based delivery environments.

• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
