Sutherland Global is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bogote1. You will provide exceptional technical support for IoT devices and web applications, building product expertise and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to resolve issues, communicate effectively, and advocate for customer needs with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Advanced English language required (verbal & written).
• Full-time availability.
• Onsite work in Bogote1 (Torre Krystal).
• Bachelor9s degree or studies in Technology or equivalent experience in technical support.

Responsibilities

• Explain complex information clearly to customers.
• Demonstrate curiosity and proactive problem-solving to implement sustainable solutions.

• Collaborate with product, program, marketing and engineering teams.
