Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech/digital/creative agency.
• Experience recruiting across Latin America, South Africa, and other regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful Blacksmith standard experience for every candidate.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a data-driven ATS pipeline and keep hiring managers in the loop.
