SOSA BPO is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter for the Medellín Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work setup. You will manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, while building pipelines and delivering clear client/candidate updates.

You will collaborate with internal teams to refine requirements, advise on market trends, and uphold a positive candidate experience using modern ATS tools.

Formación

• Demonstrated full-life cycle recruiting and hiring experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, IT, and technical roles.
• Strong communication with candidates, clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ATS and online sourcing tools.
• Hybrid work setting; manage priorities across onsite/remote.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, data-driven metrics.
• Fluency in English; Spanish helpful for local collaboration.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. or international markets is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/psychology/business or equivalent.

Role Description

This is a full-time Technical Recruiter role based in the Medellín Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for technical positions, including intake meetings with clients, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Daily tasks include building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting structured candidate evaluations, and providing clear communication and updates to both clients and candidates. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine job requirements, advising clients on market trends, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will be expected to use modern recruiting tools and platforms, maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and uphold SOSA BPO's values of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for engineering, IT, and other technical roles.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing priorities and time across onsite and remote work.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-informed approach to recruitment metrics.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is highly beneficial for local collaboration.
• Previous experience recruiting for U.S. or international markets is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
