ABATECH is seeking a Technical Project Manager to convert business priorities into structured execution and to manage cross-functional projects. The role provides clear visibility to leadership and requires advanced Asana skills and experience with AI productivity tools.

You will coordinate stakeholders, deliverables, and risks across multiple initiatives, produce executive-level reports, and maintain robust project documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced Asana experience is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project portfolios, workflows, timelines, and dependencies in Asana.
• Coordinate stakeholders, priorities, deliverables, and risks.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Use AI tools such as Claude or Perplexity to improve productivity and workflows.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge management.
• Support strategic initiatives across Finance, Family Office, and Executive Office.
