Blend seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex tech initiatives across multiple teams. You will drive project plans, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure milestones are met in fast-paced client environments.

The role requires highly organized, technically savvy individuals with strong communication and collaboration skills, offering flexible working options across LATAM.

Formación

• At least 7+ years of professional experience managing technical projects or programs in software development.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, security, and client teams.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar PM tools.
• Experience with API/SDK integrations, security reviews, or infrastructure deployments.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise software.
• Knowledge of software architecture concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project plan, timeline, and execution across multiple technical workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and blockers.
• Track critical path activities such as API/SDK integrations, security reviews (InfoSec), and other technical deliverables.
• Facilitate project governance by preparing status reports, executive updates, and steering committee materials.
• Drive regular project cadence meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, QA, and Client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and implementation plans.
• Support issue resolution by coordinating stakeholders and driving decisions across teams.

• Drive regular project cadence meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, QA, and Client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Experience tracking technical deliverables such as API/SDK integrations, security reviews, infrastructure, or platform implementations.
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients or consulting organizations.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing technology implementations involving cloud platforms, APIs, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with software architecture concepts and technical discussions with engineering teams.

Advanced English level is required for written and verbal communication.
