Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise solutions across multiple systems and stacks.
• Advanced proficiency in architecture patterns and complex integration design.
• Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership.
• Multi-stack technical fluency with the ability to bridge various technical ecosystems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and engineer scalable software solutions to meet critical business requirements.
• Define and implement enterprise-wide architecture patterns and complex integration designs.
• Harmonize technical ecosystems by coordinating state changes and maintaining consistency across distributed systems.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder management to align business and IT teams toward unified outcomes.
• Govern the adoption of modern tech stacks and cloud computing to move beyond traditional on-premises infrastructure.
• Oversee the health and integrity of architectural standards to ensure predictable system behavior over time.
