Plan A Technologies is looking for a motivated and highly organized TPM with a strong technical background to lead cross-functional programs and own day-to-day execution through Jira.

You will manage contractor engineering teams, track progress, and provide TPM support across two major programs focusing on identity/access management and core system migrations. Excellent English and proactive communication are essential.

Formación

• Must have at least 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar.
• Strong technical background with ability to translate complex details into plans.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Program Execution: Plan, execute, and deliver technical initiatives with timelines.
• Contractor Engineering Management: Coordinate contractor teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Jira & Agile Operations: Maintain Jira boards, grooming, sprint planning, and status tracking.
• Cross-Program Support: TPM support across two core programs (identity/access and migrations).
• Stakeholder Communication: Report status, risks, and mitigations to engineering leadership.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and create path-to-green plans.
