Plutus21 Capital, L.L.C. seeks a hands-on GTM Program Manager for a six-month contract to architect and operationalize a Jira-based project management system and launch dashboards.

The role requires building a scalable environment, dashboards, and training material to enable real-time visibility into GTM plans and launch status. Responsibilities include delivering six workstreams, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, and enabling a clean handoff with SOPs and training assets for ongoing use

Formación

• Experience standing up or re-architecting a Jira environment for GTM/product launches.
• Expert Jira configuration: projects/workflows/fields/JQL/automation.
• Ability to build Atlassian dashboards and surface milestone views.
• Strong program management with fixed timelines.
• Experience writing SOPs and training teams to adopt tools.
• Clear communicator across ICs and executives; able to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Contractor mindset: self-directed and fast to ramp.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of the six workstreams on time and with defined quality.
• Engage stakeholders across Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, CS, and Enablement to reflect launches in the system.
• Test and refine the system with real projects and iterate from feedback.
• Enable a clean handoff with system, dashboards, SOPs, and trained owners.
