Coforge is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE programs on-site in Bogotá. The role requires 10+ years in IT services or enterprise tech delivery, with strong governance and stakeholder management skills to drive cloud transformation and modernization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and milestones, and report to executives while ensuring operational excellence and customer-centric delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE programs, ensuring successful delivery through effective governance, planning, and execution.
• Manage program dependencies, risks, milestones, financials, KPIs, and executive reporting while coordinating offshore and onshore teams.
• Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to drive cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence.
• Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology delivery, including 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) programs.
• Strong expertise in program governance, wave-based planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional, offshore, and onshore engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive leadership and customer-facing teams.
• Experience managing cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE principles, cloud operations, and enterprise delivery methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Spanish language proficiency is required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-centric delivery skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with observability, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Relevant program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, Scrum, or equivalent).
• Experience managing large-scale, high-visibility enterprise transformation programs.
