Coforge is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE programs on-site in Bogotá. The role requires 10+ years in IT services or enterprise tech delivery, with strong governance and stakeholder management skills to drive cloud transformation and modernization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and milestones, and report to executives while ensuring operational excellence and customer-centric delivery.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE programs.
• Strong governance, planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE programs with governance, planning, and execution.
• Coordinate offshore and onshore teams, manage dependencies, risks, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security and business stakeholders to drive cloud transformation and modernization.
• Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
