Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. Based in Mexico, you will own backlog, drive API integrations, and ensure robust end-to-end testing across Manhattan WMS platforms.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, applying Agile methods to deliver reliable supply chain solutions and optimize system configurations for performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active
• Knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, Agile delivery
• Experience with end-to-end flow testing and issue triage
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests before UAT
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture
