VRIZE is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to bridge users, technology, and product teams. This role analyzes bug reports and feedback, turning insights into clear tickets for engineering, and serves as the technical proxy between IT and development for field issues.

You'll help identify patterns, inform priority, and improve the reliability and usability of our website, mobile app, and internal tools while supporting product managers and acting as Scrum Master for the product team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital product, QA, or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile app functionality.
• Experience writing or managing tickets in Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, or similar tool.

Responsabilidades

• Review, triage, and validate bug reports and user feedback from multiple channels.
• Reproduce and document issues with precision and clarity.
• Write detailed tickets for engineering with steps to reproduce, supporting details, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to prioritize and track fixes.
• Act as the technical proxy between IT and development for field and customer issues.
• Proactively suggest more robust or scalable solutions based on understanding of reported issues.
• Support product managers with recurring analysis, data pulls, validation, and testing; own smaller projects end to end.
• Serve as Scrum Master for the product team and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
• Monitor product metrics to identify defects impacting user experience.
• Assist with onboarding new bakeries across systems, including payment, POS, and app onboarding.
