About the Role

We’re looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for designing secure CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure with Terraform, and embedding security into every stage of our development lifecycle—especially within Azure DevOps.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain YAML-based Azure DevOps pipelines for secure, automated deployments.
• Define and document pipeline-as-code standards and best practices.
• Create and manage Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning and updates.
• Write PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate Azure DevOps tasks.
• Integrate unit testing, code coverage (Coverlet), and static analysis tools (SonarQube) into the CI/CD lifecycle.
• Automate and enforce system configurations across environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines.
• Proficiency in Terraform, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
• Experience with unit testing, code coverage, and static analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices and cloud-native security.
• Familiarity with financial compliance standards and secure SDLC.

Bonus Points

• Experience in a regulated fintech environment.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate, or Certified DevSecOps Professional.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, secure API development, and secrets management.
