We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong Business Analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Warehouse implementation and management while also demonstrating a proactive approach to requirement gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines for high-volume data processing using modern data warehouse tools and technologies.
2. Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for batch and real-time data processing.
3. Ensure data integrity, governance, and management best practices across the organization.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, transformation, and validation.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.
6. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for data pipelines and analytics.
7. Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to identify business challenges and define effective data-driven solutions.
8. Perform data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support strategic decision-making.
9. Ensure business objectives are aligned with data engineering implementations, optimizing analytics workflows.
10. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to bridge gaps and ensure smooth execution of data-related projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in modern data warehouses and architecture.
2. Strong expertise in ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline automation.
3. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, architectures, and best practices.
4. Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
5. Ability to analyze business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
6. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred:

1. Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
2. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
3. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with a focus on automation, data quality, and business analysis.
3. Hands-on experience with data technologies and programming languages (especially Python and SQL).
