ZEISS seeks a Technical Operations & Order Management Specialist to join our Bogotá, Colombia team. The role combines technical understanding, operational coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving to support daily operations and ensure orders and activities are managed accurately and efficiently.

You will monitor workflows, coordinate IT/technical incidents, and prepare reports while seeking continuous improvement in international operations.

Formación

• Degree or advanced studies in IT, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical operations, order management, functional support, IT coordination, or similar operational environments.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with operational data.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders effectively.
• Structured, process-oriented work style.
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level or higher is desirable.

We are currently looking for a Technical Operations & Order Management Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia.

The position supports an international operation by ensuring smooth order management, operational continuity, and effective coordination between technical and business teams.

About the Position

In this role, you will combine technical understanding, operational coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving to support daily operations and ensure that orders and operational activities are managed accurately and efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong sense of ownership, follow-up, and attention to detail.
