Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years remote enterprise technology support experience.
• Experience with Apple/Android mobile support and Mac OS/iOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Technology-related issues company-wide.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolution of software and technical issues when possible.
• Escalate complex issues to Technology or AI Admin as needed.
• Assist with AI tool provisioning and user onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems and devices.
• Provide remote support for PC and non-PC devices, including printers and mobile devices.
