Job summary

HireBooth in Colombia seeks a Technology Support Associate (AI Blended) to be the first contact for tech issues company-wide. You’ll split time between core tech support (85%) and frontline AI tool assistance (15%), helping colleagues with access, accounts, and best practices for Claude Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Work with the Technology team to resolve problems, follow runbooks, and maintain knowledge bases, delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in remote enterprise technology support.
• Experience supporting Mac OS laptops and iOS devices; JAMF preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile device configuration (Apple and Android).
• Experience with Active Directory preferred.
• Experience with Zoom platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technology issues via phone and email.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support and document issues until resolution.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate Technology team.
• Assist with AI tool access and onboarding for employees.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge bases for consistent support.
• Collaborate with vendors and remote teams as needed.
