Nordicrecruiters is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage a live-casino studio's equipment operations in Bogotá. You will supervise a team, ensure inventories are accurate, and coordinate with shifts to maintain smooth studio performance.

The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication. You will oversee procurement, reporting, and cross-department coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Fluent English (C1) written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and inventories of gaming equipment and peripherals.
• Ensure gaming tables and equipment are stocked and functional by coordinating with shift managers, dealers, and floor supervisors.
• Plan and manage replacement of outdated equipment with lifecycle tracking.
• Oversee orders and procurement; handle administrative duties related to supplies and stock.
• Lead and coordinate equipment administrators; organize workflows and provide coaching.
• Collect data and prepare performance and equipment-status reports for management.
• Communicate daily updates to managers and coordinate with other departments for studio readiness.
