Job summary
Nordicrecruiters is seeking a charismatic Game Presenter Team Manager to lead our Bogotá live casino studio in Colombia. You will coach a team of live Game Presenters, manage show quality and pacing, and coordinate with production and operations to ensure smooth game flow and engaging broadcasts.
The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and fluency in Spanish, with English a plus, in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in live hosting, broadcasting, or game presentation in an iGaming or entertainment context.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire talent.
- Strong communicator, organized, and able to balance creative vision with operational needs.
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of live Game Presenters, ensuring a high standard of performance and engagement.
- Oversee show quality, pacing, and presenter delivery to maximize viewer interaction.
- Collaborate with production, content, and operations to coordinate game flow and schedule.
- Monitor presenter KPIs, provide feedback, and implement training programs that accelerate growth.
- Drive recruitment, staffing, and shift planning for a large live studio operation.
- Work with senior management to scale Bogotá studio and support new game launches.
