You will analyze large volumes of activity and transform findings into actionable feedback for the team. With 2+ years in QA/auditing, you will evaluate performance against defined standards and KPIs, collaborating across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns with high accuracy.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.

In this role, you'll ensure quality and consistency across Talent Acquisition processes by auditing candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications. This is a detail-driven position where your analysis of large volumes of operational activity directly shapes how the team maintains high hiring standards. What You'll Do:

• Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.

• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.
