BairesDev is seeking a Senior QA Auditor to ensure operational excellence by evaluating business processes and workflows across the organization. You will translate audit findings into actionable remediation plans and help maintain regulatory compliance.

In this 100% remote role, you will develop scorecards and KPIs, lead internal reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows. English proficiency is essential to engage with global partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.
• Proven expertise in auditing methodology, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience creating structured documentation for operational workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in compliance or TA Ops.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to identify process inefficiencies and functional gaps.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated scorecards and KPIs to monitor performance trends and outcomes.
• Produce detailed, structured documentation and reports that translate audit findings into clear remediation plans.
• Lead periodic internal reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize operational workflows and bolster compliance.
