Instaleap, a fast-growing global technology company, is looking for an HR Recruiter based in Colombia. The position involves managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and requires at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing techniques and employer branding.
• Lead kick‑off meetings with hiring managers to create or align job descriptions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, posting job listings, scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new hires in LATAM and Europe.
• Build or improve assessments for any required roles and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit with company culture and values.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
• Mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team.
• Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates.
• Coordinate recruitment events such as career fairs and virtual events.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the ATS.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Perform special projects and other HR duties as assigned.
• Run the onboarding and off‑boarding process to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (IT industry experience desired).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Proficiency with tools such as Slack, G‑Suite, Jira, and similar platforms.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Strong planning skills: time management, meeting deadlines, and delivering results with low supervision.
• Positive and open‑minded communication style.
• Experience thriving in a fast‑paced start‑up/tech environment: proactive, resourceful, able to manage uncertainty, and autonomous in a dynamic setting.
