INGEPSY in Bogotá is seeking a Surveillance Controller to monitor live operations in real time and safeguard fairness, security, and integrity across our 24/7 live-gaming environment. You will watch for irregular or high-risk activity, collect and analyze surveillance data, and report trends and incidents with precise, clear documentation.

Formación

• Fluent in English (C1) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Recent graduate or final-year student in a technical/analytical/business discipline or comparable experience.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to spot patterns and assess risks.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor live operations in real time and identify irregular or high-risk activity.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and fairness policies at all times.
• Detect and escalate suspicious patterns or technical issues per procedures.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze surveillance data; prepare clear reports on trends and risks.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to evaluate threats.
• Document observations, incidents, and process deviations accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support daily operational tasks and assist initiatives led by supervisors.

What youll do

• Monitor live operations in real time, keeping a careful eye out for irregular or high-risk activity.
• Ensure strict compliance with security protocols, operational standards, and fairness policies at all times.
• Detect and elevate any suspicious patterns, behaviors, or technical issues per internal procedures.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze surveillance data; prepare clear, detailed reports on trends, irregularities, or emerging risks.
• Collaborate closely with risk, compliance, and operations teams to evaluate threats and maintain operational integrity.
• Document all observations, incidents, and process deviations accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Support daily operational tasks and assist initiatives led by supervisors or managers to reinforce a secure, efficient environment.
