Hilton in Colombia is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants and housepersons, ensure high cleanliness standards, and maintain guest room readiness across all areas.

You’ll schedule staff, monitor payroll, manage inventories, coordinate with engineering for repairs, and step in to support operations when needed, all while delivering warm, memorable hospitality to guests.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the housekeeping team: lead, train, oversee, and evaluate staff to ensure cleanliness and quality in guest rooms and public areas.
• Oversee room readiness: assign, inspect, and verify room status, report discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee operational logistics: monitor work schedules, payroll, inventory, and lost-and-found processes.
• Coordinate maintenance needs: partner with Engineering to address repairs and maintenance issues.
• Support housekeeping operations: perform duties as needed to maintain service levels.
• Delight our guests: address special needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Supervise the housekeeping team: Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas

• Oversee room readiness: Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies

• Oversee operational logistics: Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program

• Coordinate maintenance needs: Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues

• Support housekeeping operations: Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels

• Delight our guests: Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
