Hilton in Colombia is looking for a Laundry Attendant to keep linens clean and ready for guest rooms, while delivering punctual service and a friendly guest experience that aligns with our standards.

You will handle all stages of linen processing, maintain the laundry area and inventory, and respond to guest requests with warmth and professionalism, contributing to Hilton's hospitality culture. This role rewards teamwork, integrity, and a proactive approach to service excellence.

Formación

• Experience in hotel laundry or housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to handle linen processing, sorting and inventory.
• Strong guest service mindset and attention to detail.

• Keep linens clean and ready: Handle all stages of linen processing, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens

• Maintain the laundry area: Keep laundry machines and work areas clean and in good working order

• Manage inventory: Monitor and maintain stock levels of linens and laundry supplies

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services
