Skechers is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager in Medellín to help lead daily store operations, motivate the team, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll support the store manager, manage inventory and staffing, and contribute to strong sales performance.

Ideal candidates bring prior assistant managerial experience, outstanding leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment.
