Skechers, a global footwear retailer, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Envigado store to lead a team, keep customers happy, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the store manager with daily operations, motivate staff, manage inventory and staffing, and help the team meet targets while delivering a positive, collaborative experience for customers.

Formación

• Experience in an assistant managerial role.
