Skechers, a global fashion footwear brand, is hiring an Assistant Manager in Colombia. You will lead store floor activities, mentor the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving daily operations and targets.

You’ll collaborate with the store manager to maximize performance, cultivate a positive team environment, and help deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.
