Skechers is hiring a hands-on Assistant Manager in Colombia for the Valle de Aburrá area. You will support daily store operations, lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Formación

• Prior experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
• Good problem solving to resolve in-store issues.
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory, staffing and operations.
• Ability to assist lead and motivate the team alongside the store manager.
• Sales focus to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Create a positive, collaborative team environment.
