Job summary

Skechers, una empresa global de calzado, busca un Subjefe de Tienda en Bogotá para liderar el equipo, impulsar ventas y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

Trabajarás apoyando al gerente de tienda en operaciones diarias, gestionarás inventario y horarios, y mantendrás un ambiente de trabajo positivo. Se valorará experiencia en retail y habilidades de liderazgo para cumplir metas de ventas.

Qualifications

• Experiencia previa en rol de subgerente o asistente de tienda
• Capacidad para liderar y motivar al equipo
• Habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con clientes y personal
• Capacidad para gestionar inventario, personal y operaciones
• Enfoque orientado a metas de ventas y servicio al cliente

• Previous experience in an assistant managerial role
• Excellent Leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise in-store
• Highly organised to manage inventory, staffing, and other operational tasks
• The ability to help lead and motivate a team with the store manager
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Able to create a positive, collaborative team environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale
