Job summary

Skechers Colombia SAS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the store manager to maintain excellent customer service, drive sales, and ensure smooth inventory and staffing processes. The ideal candidate has prior assistant managerial experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to team motivation and problem-solving.
