Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Specialist, Source-to-Contract, AMERICAS, based in Bogota, Colombia. The role ensures delivery of Source-to-Contract services aligned with regional goals and strategic objectives.

You will work with business partners, category teams, and the broader function to execute category strategies, sourcing and contracting initiatives. The position emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and the use of automation and AI in S2C workflows, with travel up to 5%

Formación

• 2-4 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.
• Collaboration, Communication & Influencing skills to work in teams and influence objectives.
• Adaptability & openness to change.
• Learning agility and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous process and technology improvement.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and oral); another language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing events, contract terms negotiation, drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve profitability and competitiveness using market intelligence and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas.
• Support automation and AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
• Builds relationships with internal customers and external suppliers, understanding objectives and addressing needs.
• Mentor and collaborate within a team of Source-to-Contract specialists.
