Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. seeks a Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, IT to lead end-to-end IT procurement and contracting for Global Services.

You will manage supplier relationships, draft and negotiate SLAs and MSAs, and ensure compliance with legal and financial standards. The role requires 4–6 years in procurement or related fields, fluent English, and a track record of driving cost savings through strategic sourcing and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years in procurement, sourcing, contract management, finance, or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end sourcing for IT categories, from supplier identification to contract finalization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including SLAs, CDAs, and MSAs.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business goals.
• Drive process improvements, data analysis, and cost optimization; support automation and AI initiatives.
