Johnson & Johnson Bogotá is seeking a Sourcing Manager Corporate Services to support category strategy, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management across key supplier relationships. The role shapes procurement plans and aligns with business partners to deliver value and compliant operations.

You will lead supplier relationships, use data analytics to drive insights, and partner with Procurement Leadership to meet financial, quality, and service targets while improving processes and controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive the Procurement vision with stakeholder engagement.
• Lead category strategy and implement procurement plans to meet long-range needs.
• Manage Supplier Relationship Management for strategic suppliers and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Engage in strategic planning to secure long-range requirements and maximize value.
• Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, and growth commitments.
• Drive data analytics to identify insights and support decision-making.
• Lead and participate in procurement initiatives across Innovative Medicine and MedTech.
• Support day-to-day vendor management activities and negotiations.
