Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Specialist, Source-to-Contract, Americas, based in Bogota, Colombia. You will ensure delivery of S2C results for NA & LATAM regions, partnering with business and category teams to execute contracts and drive cost reductions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in procurement or related fields, with fluency in English and Portuguese. Travel up to 5% is possible; office location supports the Americas delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations: sourcing events, price and contract terms negotiation, drafting and execution.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies.
• Collaborates across departments to improve profitability and competitive position.
• Drives improvements in user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness in S2C areas.
• Supports automation/AI initiatives; acts as product owner for S2C tools and AI features.
• Builds relationships with internal customers and external suppliers; mentors team members.
