The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to drive high‑impact initiatives across strategy, analytics, and retail partnerships. This full‑time, remote role aligns to EST business hours and offers exposure to a fast‑growing D2C pet wellness brand.

You will lead end‑to‑end projects, build models, analyze markets, and partner with cross‑functional teams to inform decisions and accelerate growth, while delivering measurable impact for the business.

Formación

• 3–5 years in strategy, PM, or consulting in fast-growth settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to manage and execute complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Entrepreneurial and driven to create measurable impact.
• Comfort with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Passionate about pet wellness or consumer goods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
