International Rescue Committee (IRC) invites applications for the Deputy Director of Programs in Colombia. The role is central to delivering IRC's program strategy, ensuring high-quality design, implementation, and MEAL across Colombia and Ecuador.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Social Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years managing teams in Latin America; 5+ years in program leadership.
• Proven ability to develop winning proposals for donors.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead program strategy, design, and business development for Colombia and Ecuador.
• Oversee grants management, reporting, and compliance with donors and IRC policies.
• Represent IRC externally to donors, partners, and government stakeholders; manage partnerships.
