• Experience transforming organizational structures, governance and processes.
• Strong strategic thinking with practical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Target Operating Models aligned to business objectives.
• Assess current structures, governance, and processes to identify improvements.
• Drive organizational redesign, workforce transformation, and capability models.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end processes to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Facilitate executive workshops with senior stakeholders to define future-state operating models.
• Develop transformation roadmaps integrating digital, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
