Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Planning Strategy Manager in Bogotá to own end-to-end budget allocation across markets and to design repeatable frameworks for investment decisions.

You will drive ambitious, localized targets and partner with Operations, Growth, and Finance to align strategic priorities. You will lead with data-driven analysis, communicate clearly with senior leadership, and mentor junior analysts while maintaining a high ownership mindset in a fast-paced mobility

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, BizOps, or FP&A at tech/marketplace
• Owned planning or resource allocation end-to-end
• Strong quantitative background with modelling ability
• Advanced Excel and SQL are baseline; Python/BI a plus
• Ability to influence senior leadership and market teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Independent owner who delivers with high ownership and proactivity

Responsibilities

• Own budget allocation across markets and segments, build cases and defend investments
• Design frameworks and rules for budget split to be repeatable
• Set and cascade operational targets translating commitments into market goals
• Run quantitative analysis to size opportunities and make recommendations
• Act as independent OKR owner across functions without formal authority
• Collaborate with Operations, Growth, and Finance to align outputs
• Mentor junior analysts and lead projects to completion
